G & S Syndications is the corporate trustee of a number of unit trusts. G&S Syndication Unit Trusts are in the business of property development.

Our People

The directors of G & S Syndications are Mark Schiliro and Rod Grosvenor.

Mark Schiliro, Director

Mark Schiliro has been a partner of Grosvenor Schiliro, a firm of Chartered Accountants, since January 1999. Previous to this he was a partner in the firm Bentley Barton, Chartered Accountants. Mark has been involved in the property development area for the past 16 years. During this time he has been involved with the development of small villa complexes as well as being involved with audit clients in the property and construction industry. Mark worked for KPMG from 1982 to 1998, specialising in the property and construction industry area.

One of Mark's largest property clients since 1984 was Stockland Trust Group, the 50th largest listed company on the Australian Stock Exchange, a residential property developer, and owner of shopping centres, commercial buildings and hotels. Mark brings with him 16 years of strong knowledge and understanding of the property and construction industry.

Rod Grosvenor, Director

Rod Grosvenor has been a partner of the firm Grosvenor Schiliro Chartered Accountants since January 1999. Previous to this he was a partner in the firm Bentley Barton Chartered Accountants. Rod has extensive experience in the real estate industry, completing a number of real estate trust audits and actively involved in mergers and acquisition within the industry.
